Specialist Transport driver
- Role description:
Driving accessible vehicles (minibus or car) carrying people with special requirements on all types of journeys. This may include wheelchair users, adults or children with disabilities or special needs, and people with particular specialist transport requirements.
- Skills/qualifications required by volunteer:
Must hold a full clean UK driving licence (some endorsements can be considered) for a minimum of two years. Must be minimum 25 years old. A MiDAS certificate and CRB check is required although full training can be given. Some light lifting may be involved.
